New to Muay Thai? - Our Muay Thai Basics class makes it easy to learn the fundamentals, build confidence, and feel part of the team from day one.
After 50 hours of training, you'll be eligible for Level 1 Testing - your opportunity to demonstrate your fitness and skills, and progress into Muay Thai Advanced classes and sparring.
Members who train 2-3 times per week often see the strongest progress.
To maintain a focused training environment, we limit intake to support quality coaching, safety, and steady progress.
