A Ram Gym Heavy Bag Session is fast paced, fitness focused, and dedicated to getting your heart rate up and endorphins flowing.

This workout resembles a traditional Thai fight with its technique and intensity - but we'll never pit you against someone else. You'll never get hit, but you will get fit!

To keep your workouts challenging, our Heavy Bag Sessions keep things fresh with a different workout everyday!

Muay Thai Instructional

60 Minutes
Ram Gym's Instructionals will cover the why's and how's behind foundational Muay Thai technique to help you sharpen your form and build a sustainable practice.

You'll learn the offensive and defensive strategies behind these techniques as well as the movements and intricacies that pair with them. Pad holding and partner drills promote an environment of shared success where members motivate each other.
